There is a 3-step process to start your coaching experience:

We make an appointment for the first coaching session where we talk about your goal/s and we start working towards this goal/s. 

Step 2

During the free exploratory session, we talk about your needs and expectations and also talk about the possibility of working together.

Coaching Session Step by Step

The National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching defines health and wellness coaches as people who “partner with clients seeking self-directed, lasting changes aligned with their values, which promote health and wellness and, thereby, enhance well-being.” The role of a coach is to give people the confidence, knowledge, and skills to become active participants in their own care and achieve their self-identified health goals.

The duration of a coaching program varies greatly. It can be a single session, or it can extend for months. At each meeting, we talk about one subject. We are seeking what is possible and what works best for you. At the end each session, you will leave with specific steps to achieve your goal. Also, we always start our sessions with going over previous homework to find out what is working for you and what needs to change.

Each story is different so we will use techniques and tools which work best for you. One-on-one coaching is completely customized with your lifestyle, history, goals and preferences and the lifestyle that works best for you. One model we will use during the coaching process is the GROW model for setting goals: G - goal - What do you want to achieve?; R - reality - What is happening now in your life?; O - options - What are possible obstacles to achieving this goal?; W - will - What will you do now? In all respects, we work for you so you can achieve your health and wellness goal.
