Tiny Habits® is a method to create any new positive behavior and/or get rid of any unwanted behavior. The foundation of this technique is positive feelings or “shine”. BJ Fogg says in his book "Tiny Habits: The Small Changes That Change Everything,": “People change best by feeling good, not by feeling bad.” BJ Fogg is a behavioral science expert who founded and directs research and innovation at Stanford University’s Behavior Design Lab. He created the Tiny Habits® method.
You can apply Tiny Habits® to any area of your life. It is a very simple and non-stressful way to change whatever you desire to change. I learned about the Tiny Habits® method when I was looking for techniques to help my clients introduce healthy habits to their daily routine. What surprised me when I started practicing the method by myself was that it really works and does not require motivation or willpower. So, I became a Certified Coach for Tiny Habits to allow me to share this method with others.
