Crunchy white
fish with spinach
Ingredients:
- 2lb white fish
- 4lb baby spinach
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon curry
- Salt
Way to prepare:
Blanch the spinach with hot water. Heat the olive oil in frying pan and add the slices of garlic and fry until garlic becomes the golden in color. Then add the spinach and cook for 2 minutes. Preheat oven 410ºF. Put spinach into baking dish and cover with fish. Add salt and spread on the top of the fish curry. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
