Knowledge is Power - learn the right foods to eat and why they are important to your diet. Become fully conscious about what you are eating and understand how the food you are consuming dictates what you are able to do with your body.  I will provide you information about the healthiest food choices you can make so you can make the right choices for your body, mind and soul.  We will talk about meal portion, proportion of different food groups and a variety of other related topics.  You will also receive simple recipes that will make your meals literally and figuratively colorful. You'll create meals that are meaningful and tasty without breaking the bank or enrolling in culinary school.

If you are looking for a quick fix, this is not for you.

 

My approach is to evaluate the whole picture of you as a person and a client. This will require an examination of various aspects of your life including your diet, your job, your relationships, your physical activity. The fact that you are seeking health coaching demonstrates that  you are motivated to improve your health. You are already beginning your journey simply by being here!  I am not here to make those decisions for you; I am here to provide you information, instruction and support in your quest to make  good choices  for yourself.

This is what makes this program different! Here are some themes that we will explore during our sessions.

Flush out the bad stuff - Detox your body of the impurities and toxins that have found their way into it. Quench your appetite with healthy foods to suppress your desire for unhealthy food. By eating more healthy food, you won’t be missing your favorite foods. Instead, you will get and stay fuller longer because of your increase in fiber intake.  There won’t be much space in your stomach after you introduce the greater quantities of healthier food. Leaving behind some of your favorite meals and snacks can be daunting (and frankly frustrating) in the beginning, but I will be supporting you in your journey every step of the way.

Master the whole picture - Very often we are forgetting about the other aspects of our life which nourish us and make our life satisfy and healthy. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and spiritual awareness are very important parts of our daily diet. I will support you in achieving your goals from making healthy choices by eating the right food for your body to living a happy and fulfilling life.
