When you consider my training, you may be struck by its breadth. But when you examine it more closely, you see the recurrent focus on health and nature.

Even before my education, my life was devoted to health and nature as I grew up on a farm in Eastern Poland where we raised animals and crops.
Most recently, I became a Tiny Habits® Certified Coach. I also graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York, NY, where I studied innovative health coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques and over 100 dietary theories. Additionally, I obtained a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from the eCornell T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
Previously, from 2012 to 2016, I was trained, and operated a consulting business, as a FertilityCare Practitoner by the Creighton Model Allied Health Education Fertility Practitioner Program, Pope Paul VI Institute, Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, I taught women and couples about natural methods to navigate their fertility.
Prior to my work as a FertilityCare Practitioner, I obtained my Doctoral degree from the Department of Plant Genetics, Breeding and Biotechnology, Warsaw Agricultural University, Warsaw, Poland and my M.Sc. from the Department of Medical Plants, Warsaw Agricultural University, Warsaw, Poland, and spent the 10 years after that working in a series of medical research roles from 2000 to 2010 across a variety of research labs including the University of Virginia, the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo, NY.
