What does “Natural Life Choices” stand for?
Merriam Webster Collegiate Dictionary’s first definition of “natural” is “based on an inherent sense of right and wrong”. We are making decisions all the time and some are good and some are not. When I decided to become an Integrative Nutrition Coach my goal was to help people find the best for them. I know how difficult it is to start making changes in your diet and lifestyle. How many obstacles do you have to go over? We know that we should change some of our habits but usually we are afraid, and we do not believe that it is worth to try. Very often we don’t know where to start, how to start, which diet to choose because there are so many paths which will be less painful and easy. Sometimes, we start but then are disappointed it doesn’t work. We are hungry and angry so we grab something to eat which makes us happy. We know that from our life so well.
I was on that road myself and thinking how I will be there my whole life. But now I know what is good for me and what I should avoid. I know better myself and my body. We are so different even though our bodies look so similar but we are not. Each of us is so unique and needs that very unique approach. Like Lucretius in 75bc said “What is food for one man may be bitter poison to other” and that is truth. We know that and if somebody has doubts they can use technology to easily check. I have applied that unique approach for myself and I feel and look good. I am happier, full of energy and ideas. I never thought that I was going to write a blog. But by small changes which I have applied to my life I discovered my better side.
