- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 3 bunch of radishes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt, fresh ground black pepper, fresh thyme mix with sesame seed
Way to prepare:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Wash radishes and asparagus. Cut off the “wooded part” of asparagus and leaves from radishes. Cut radishes into halfs. Mix radishes and asparagus with salt, spices and olive oil. Roast for 20 minutes.
