The program runs one week long, Monday through Friday.
To begin, you will get a training video and materials from BJ Fogg via email. You should review these materials the weekend before you start your program on Monday. You will need around 25-30 minutes for that review.
During your free 5 - Day Program, you will be asked to practice 3 habits for five days. Every day, you will receive tips from BJ Fogg along with personalized emails from me.
You are also welcome to send me any questions you may have about the Tiny Habits® method throughout the process.

Tiny Habits®: Create new healthy habits in only 5-days!
Tiny Habits® is a method designed by Stanford Professor BJ Fogg. The foundation of this technique is to create positive feelings or “shine”. In his book BJ Fogg says in his book “Tiny Habits: The Small Changes That Change Everything”: “People change best by feeling good, not by feeling bad.”
You can apply Tiny Habits® to any area of your life. It is a very simple and non-stressful way to change whatever you desire to change.
What will surprise you when you start practicing the method is that it really works and does not require motivation or willpower to stick to.
